✅ To change:
1️⃣ Right-click on the value
2️⃣ Click Summarize Values By ➡️ Sum
ЁЯОп Use this to get accurate totals instead of counts.


ЁЯФв 1.82 – Number Formatting

ЁЯФН Values readable-роЖ роЗро░ுроХ்роХрогுроо்ройா, proper number formatting must!
Steps:
ЁЯЦ▒️ Right-click value ➡️ Number Format ➡️ Choose:

  • Currency ЁЯТ░

  • Percentage %

  • Comma style 1,000s

  • Decimal places ЁЯФЯ
    ЁЯТб Formatting improves professional look & avoids confusion.


ЁЯП╖️ 1.83 – Field Name Formatting

ЁЯз╛ Field names readable-роЖ, neat-роЖ роЗро░ுроХ்роХрогுроо்:
➡️ Rename fields like "Sum of Sales" ➡️ "Total Sales"
Steps:
ЁЯЦ▒️ Click on the cell with field name ➡️ Just type new name
ЁЯУЫ Avoid using same names as original fields – Excel won't accept duplicates.

ЁЯУР Instead of formatting every time, set predefined formatting:

➡️ Right-click value field ➡️ Summarize Values By ➡️ Choose:

    ЁЯза Add more than one value field to compare different summaries together!
